The Thinnr weight-loss program in Flower Mound & Colleyville, TX

Weight-loss support at High Stone Wholistic Wellness

A plan, a person checking in, and no magic

Most weight-loss programs sell you one of two things: a product, or willpower. This is neither. Thinnr is a structured program built around an eating plan you can actually keep, a regular check-in with someone who remembers what you said last time, and homeopathic support alongside it where it fits your case.

What makes the difference is rarely the thing in the bottle. It's that somebody is paying attention for the length of the program — which is why this starts with a conversation rather than a purchase, and why the assessment is $27 instead of free. Free assessments exist to sell you something. This one exists to find out whether we should.

Thinnr is a program of Cutler Integrative Medicine, offered here as a licensed provider — so the protocol behind it was built by a naturopathic practice, and the part you'll actually live with day to day happens at our spa, with us.

The $27 assessment includes

  • A full history — what you've tried, what worked for a while, and what happened after
  • A measurement baseline, so progress is measured rather than guessed at
  • A look at the practical constraints: your schedule, who cooks, what you actually eat on a Tuesday
  • A plain-English walkthrough of the program, in writing, including exactly what you'd be taking
  • What it would cost in full, before you commit to anything
  • A straight answer if we're not the right fit — and a suggestion of what might be

How the program runs

Assess — $27

Baseline measurements, full history, and an honest read on whether this fits. Nothing is sold at this visit.

Build the plan

An eating plan set to your life, not a printout. Plus whatever support your case calls for, explained before you agree to it.

Check in

Regular, scheduled, and measured against where you started. This is the part that does the work.

Keep it

The last phase is the one most programs skip: what your eating looks like afterwards, so the weight has somewhere to stay lost.

The two halves of it

The eating plan

The part that does most of the work, and the part most people have already tried alone. Yours is built at the assessment around what you actually eat, who does the cooking and what your week looks like — then adjusted at every check-in rather than handed over once and forgotten. We'll walk you through exactly what a day looks like before you decide anything.

The supportive side

Homeopathic support, selected for your case in the same way our homeopathy practice selects anything — matched to the person, not the goal. We'll tell you exactly what it is and what it isn't at your assessment, in writing, before you take anything.

How this compares with GLP-1 medications

A lot of people find this page searching for a natural alternative to Ozempic, Wegovy or semaglutide. It's a fair question and it deserves a straight answer instead of a sales pitch, so here is the honest version.

GLP-1 medications

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and the rest are prescription drugs. They work pharmacologically — mimicking a gut hormone that influences appetite and how quickly the stomach empties — and they're prescribed, dosed and monitored by a physician who knows your history. They're a legitimate medical option and for plenty of people they're the right one. We don't prescribe them, and we will never tell you to stop one or avoid one.

This program

Not a drug, and not a quieter version of one. It's a structured program: an assessment, an eating plan you can keep, scheduled check-ins, and homeopathic support alongside it. It works through what you eat and the habits around it — a different mechanism entirely, not a gentler imitation of the same one. Nothing here acts on GLP-1 receptors, and we don't claim it does.

So no, they're not the same thing, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is why people choose this one. Some were never candidates for a GLP-1, or can't take one. Some came off one and found that the structure was the part they'd actually needed. Some want to start with the least invasive option on the list before they consider anything else. And some are on a GLP-1 right now and want help with the eating side of it — which is a conversation to have with your prescriber first, and then with us.

We're not a medical practice. We don't prescribe, adjust, or advise against any medication. If you're taking a GLP-1 or anything else, keep taking it and keep your physician informed — decisions about it belong to the two of you.

Made for — and not for

People who've lost the same twenty pounds three times and want the fourth one to be the last. People who do fine for six weeks and then drift, and suspect the missing piece is someone expecting them on a Thursday. People who'd rather start with the least invasive thing on the list before they consider anything else.

And honestly not for

  • Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Anyone with a history of disordered eating — this is the wrong shape of help, and we'll say so
  • Anyone under 18
  • Anyone managing diabetes on insulin or sulfonylureas, or a thyroid, kidney or gallbladder condition, without their physician's sign-off first
  • Anyone who wants a number promised in advance — we don't do that here

Weight-loss support at High Stone is complementary care and never a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We don't diagnose, we don't prescribe, and we won't advise you to change any medication — that conversation belongs to you and your physician. If weight change is tied to a diagnosed condition, that needs a doctor's eye first, and we'll tell you so rather than take the booking.

What it costs

Assessment

The first visit. Measured, written up, and yours to take away.

Full assessment $27

The Thinnr program

Quoted in full at your assessment, in writing, before you decide. We'd rather you saw the real number for your plan than a "from" price that turns out not to be yours.

Weight-loss questions

A conversation and a baseline, not a sales meeting. We take your full history — what you've tried, what worked for a while, what happened after — record measurements so progress is measured rather than remembered, and look at the practical stuff: your schedule, who cooks, what you actually eat on a Tuesday. You leave with the program written down, the full cost in front of you, and no obligation. It's $27 rather than free because free assessments exist to sell you something.

No, and we'd rather say so plainly. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs that work on a specific hormonal pathway; this is a structured program built on nutrition, check-ins and homeopathic support, which is a different mechanism entirely — not a gentler version of the same one. We don't prescribe, we're not a substitute for a prescription, and nothing here acts on GLP-1 receptors. How this compares with GLP-1 medications is the longer answer.

We don't publish a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Weight loss depends on where you're starting, what's going on medically, and what you can realistically sustain — none of which we know before your assessment. What we'll give you instead is a measured baseline and honest check-ins against it, so you're looking at your own numbers rather than someone's average.

Never. This is complementary care — it runs alongside your medical treatment, not instead of it. Any change to medication is a conversation between you and your physician.

Talk to your prescriber first, and tell us what they say. We're not going to give you advice about a medication we didn't prescribe. Plenty of people want help with the eating side while they're on one, and that can be a reasonable place for us to be useful — but the order matters: physician first, then us.

There's a homeopathic element to the program, selected for your case the way our homeopathy practice selects anything. We'll show you exactly what it is, what's in it and what it's for at your assessment, in writing, before you take anything. If that's not enough detail to decide, call us on (972) 539-1388 and we'll go through it on the phone.

It's a set program rather than an open-ended one, and we'll tell you the length at your assessment along with what each phase involves. We're not putting a number on this page before we've told it to you in person.

You'll get the full figure in writing at the $27 assessment, before you commit to anything. We don't publish a "from" price because the honest answer depends on your plan, and a from-price that turns out not to be yours is just a slower way of surprising you.

The assessment covers exactly what's included, what's a one-off and what would be ongoing, in writing. Nobody here works on commission, and nobody will sign you up for a standing order you didn't ask for.

Your plan is built around what you actually eat and what your week looks like, and it's adjusted at check-ins rather than handed over once and forgotten. We'll walk you through exactly what a day looks like at the assessment, before you decide anything.

If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, this isn't the right shape of help and we'll say so rather than take the booking. If you're managing diabetes on insulin, or a thyroid, kidney or gallbladder condition, we'd want your physician's sign-off before we start. And if what you want is a number promised in advance, we're not going to be able to give you that.

We'll tell you. Check-ins are measured against your own baseline, so if it isn't earning its place we'll both be able to see it rather than argue about it — and we'd rather say "this isn't working, here's what I'd try instead" than keep taking your money.
