Privacy Policy

This policy covers High Stone Wholistic Wellness (“we”, “us”), our website at https://highstone.us, and our two locations in Flower Mound and Colleyville, Texas.

What we collect

Only what we need to answer you and look after you properly:

• When you contact us — the name, phone number, optional email address, preferred location and message you type into our form.
• When you book — bookings are handled by Mangomint, our scheduling provider. The information you enter there is held by them under their own privacy policy, not collected by this website.
• When you visit the site — standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, if analytics is enabled. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• When you visit a spa — the health information you provide on your intake form, which we use solely to deliver your treatment safely.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your information. Ever, to anyone.
• We do not share your health intake information outside our treating staff.
• We do not send marketing email to people who only ever sent us a question.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, deliver your treatment safely, manage your appointment or membership, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. If you have explicitly asked to hear about offers, we may occasionally contact you — and you can tell us to stop at any time, by any means, and we will.

Who else is involved

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf: Mangomint (booking and payments), our email provider, and — where enabled — Google Analytics for aggregate site statistics and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of our contact form. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We also display reviews from Google Business Profile; those are public reviews their authors chose to publish.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage: one to remember that you have dismissed a promotional message so you are not shown it repeatedly, and analytics cookies where analytics is enabled. You can clear or block these in your browser at any time; the site will continue to work.

How long we keep things

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and our records. Client treatment records are retained in line with Texas requirements for massage and wellness establishments.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email newhighstone@gmail.com or call (972) 539-1388 and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Minors may receive treatment at our locations with a parent or guardian present and consenting.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than buried.
