Cryotherapy in Colleyville, TX
Three minutes at deep cold, and hours of afterglow. Whole-body cryotherapy is exclusive to our Colleyville spa — and it is the reason plenty of guests drive across DFW.
Available at Colleyville only
Brief, bracing, and over before you think about it
Whole-body cryotherapy exposes you to deep cold for around three minutes. Your body responds by pulling circulation to the core, then flooding it back out when you step out — which is where the reported benefits come from: reduced inflammation, faster recovery from training, and a distinctly clean-feeling rush of energy that tends to last the afternoon.
It is far more tolerable than people expect, because the air is dry. Three minutes in dry cold is genuinely easier than sixty seconds in an ice bath, and you stay dressed in protective gear the whole time. Athletes book it around training blocks; everyone else books it because of how the rest of the day feels afterward.
Every session includes
- A full whole-body session in our Colleyville chamber
- Protective gloves, socks and footwear provided
- Staff present throughout — you’re never in there alone
- In and out in under fifteen minutes, start to finish
- Cryo facial available as a separate, gentler treatment
What to expect
Change and gear up
Minimal dry clothing plus the protective gloves, socks and footwear we provide. Anything damp has to come off — moisture is what makes cold bite.
Three minutes
You stand in the chamber with staff right there, talking you through it. It’s bracing rather than unbearable, and it’s over quickly.
The rush afterward
Circulation floods back and most guests feel noticeably energised within minutes. Plenty book a massage straight after.
Made for
Athletes and anyone training seriously, people managing everyday inflammation and stiffness, and the simply curious — most people who try it once come back. Pairs exceptionally well with a massage on the same visit.
Cryotherapy isn’t suitable during pregnancy, with uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions, Raynaud’s, severe circulatory problems, or cold-related conditions. We screen before your first session and will decline where it isn’t safe — please tell us your history honestly.
Cryotherapy questions
Considerably colder than a freezer, but the air is dry, which changes everything — three minutes of dry cold is far more tolerable than seconds in an ice bath. Most first-timers are surprised how manageable it is, and staff are with you throughout.

It’s our favorite pairing — cold first, then hands-on work. Mention it when booking and we’ll schedule them back to back.
