Hot stone massage in Flower Mound & Colleyville, TX

Warmed basalt stones melt tension that hands alone have to fight for. Our namesake treatment — and the one guests book when they want to feel genuinely looked after.

Available at Flower Mound Colleyville

Heat does the convincing

Muscle under tension resists pressure. Warm it first and it stops arguing — which is the entire principle behind hot stone massage. Smooth basalt stones, heated to a carefully held temperature, are placed along the back and worked through the muscle so tissue softens before your therapist asks anything of it.

The practical result is that you get the release of a deep session without the intensity of one. Guests who find deep tissue too much, or who leave it sore, often find hot stone gives them the same relief and a far gentler next day. It is also, unapologetically, the most luxurious hour on our menu — and given the name above our door, the one we take most personally.

Every session includes

  • Smooth basalt stones held at a comfortable, monitored temperature
  • Stones both placed and actively worked through the muscle
  • Full-body massage with the stones woven throughout, not a gimmick
  • Warmth carried into the neck, shoulders and lower back
  • Aromatherapy oils and hot towels on request, at no charge

What to expect

We check your heat comfort

Stone temperature is set to what you find comfortable, and we check again once the first stones are on. Too warm is never the goal.

Warm, then work

Stones soften the tissue first; your therapist then works through it with far less force than the same release would otherwise need.

Leave genuinely warm

The warmth stays with you for hours. Most guests describe it as the most relaxed they’ve been all month.

Made for

Anyone who runs cold, anyone who finds deep tissue more punishing than helpful, and anyone whose shoulders have been up around their ears since the new year. It’s also the treatment we most often recommend for a first-ever massage — it eases you in rather than testing your tolerance.

Hot stone isn’t suitable during pregnancy, with neuropathy or reduced heat sensation, with uncontrolled high blood pressure, or over recent injuries and inflamed areas. If you’re diabetic or on medication affecting circulation, tell us at booking and we’ll advise honestly.

Hot stone questions

Comfortably warm, never scalding. Your therapist tests every stone before it touches you and checks your comfort as the session begins. If anything feels too warm, say so and it comes off immediately — that isn’t a complaint, it’s useful information.

For most tension, yes — it simply gets there differently. Heat softens tissue so less force achieves the same release. For a specific stubborn knot, deep tissue is still the more precise tool.

Far less often than after deep tissue. That’s much of the appeal: comparable relief, gentler aftermath. Some guests feel pleasantly loose rather than tender.

Anyone pregnant, anyone with neuropathy or reduced sensation to heat, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent injuries and inflammation. If you’re unsure, call (972) 539-1388 and we’ll talk it through honestly.

Stones are woven throughout rather than used for a token few minutes — placed to warm areas while your therapist works elsewhere with hands and stones both. It’s a full massage, not a novelty.

Both offer it. Pricing differs slightly — see Flower Mound or Colleyville for exact rates.
